It was one day a week for three years. It fit in really well with my apprenticeship. I also made lifelong friends while doing the course. There was a great variation of teachers with different experience as well. I would highly recommend anyone who wants to be in the hospitality industry, especially as a future chef, to do this course.

I really enjoyed doing this course. I've learnt lots of new things made heaps of great friends and have built upon my skills even further by doing a certificate 4 this year aswell which has also been fantastic.I would recommended this course to anyone who is very passionate about food. Five stars!
