Bob Watson Chairman (Non-Executive)
Director since February 1999, and Chairman since August 2009
Bob Watson has over 20 years of executive management experience in the information technology and recruitment industries. His various roles have included Chief Executive Officer of Mayne Nickless Computer Services, Data Sciences International (in the UK) and Lend Lease Employer Systems. Bob was also the Australasian CEO for Adecco, the world's (and Australia's) largest recruitment and labour contracting agency.

Paul Bassat Joint Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder
Director since September 1997.
As part of Paul's role at SEEK, he has overall responsibility for SEEK's online employment business in Australia and New Zealand as well as SEEK's shared services functions of Finance, IT and HR. Paul is a director of Zhaopin in China, in which SEEK is a substantial shareholder.
Prior to co-founding SEEK, Paul was a lawyer for 6 years with one of Australia's leading corporate and commercial law firms. Paul is involved in a number of community and charitable organisations. He holds Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Commerce degrees from the University of Melbourne. |

Andrew Bassat Joint Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder
Director since September 1997.
Andrew leads the Strategy and Business Development team. He is responsible for SEEK's overall strategic direction and progress of expansion opportunities including acquisitions. Andrew is also responsible for SEEK Learning as well as SEEK's investments in Brazil and South East Asia.
Andrew is a Director of 3 of SEEK's investee companies: IDP Education Pty Ltd, Think Education Pty Ltd and Brasil Online Holdings.
Prior to co-founding SEEK, Andrew was a management consultant with Booz Allen & Hamilton where he was involved in a wide range of strategic assignments for major Australian and international corporations. Prior to that, he worked as a solicitor at Corrs Chamber Westgarth. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Science (Computer Science) degree from the University of Melbourne, a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) degree from Monash University and a Master of Business Administration degree from Melbourne Business School. |

Colin Carter Non-Executive Director
Director since March 2005.
Colin Carter has an extensive consulting background in organisational and business strategy. He is a former Senior Vice-President of, and a current senior adviser to, The Boston Consulting Group. His interests include corporate governance issues and in recent years Colin has carried out board performance reviews for a number of companies as well as co-authoring a top-selling book on boards, Back To The Drawing Board.
Colin is a non-executive Director of ASX Listed company Wesfarmers Limited and a Director of World Vision Australia. He is Chairman of the AFL Foundation and a director of the Geelong Football Club. He is also a director of Indigenous Enterprise Partnerships and the Cape York Institute. In February 2010, Colin was appointed by the Federal government to the new position of Government Ambassador for Business Action - the objective of this new role is to encourage Australian business to play a greater role in economic development of Indigenous communities.
Colin has a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Melbourne University and an MBA from Harvard Business School where he graduated with distinction and as a Baker Scholar.

Neil Chatfield Non-Executive Director
Director since June 2005.
Neil Chatfield is an established Executive and Non-Executive Director with extensive experience across all facets of company management, and with specific expertise in financial management, capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, and risk management.
In addition to Seek, Neil also holds Non-Executive roles across a range of industries and is currently the Chairman of Virgin Blue Holdings Ltd, and a Non-Executive Director of Whitehaven Coal Ltd, Transurban Group and Grange Resources Ltd, all ASX listed companies.
Neil was most recently an Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer of ASX listed Toll Holdings Ltd, Australia's largest transport and logistics company; a position he held for over 10 years.
Neil has a Masters of Business in Finance and Accounting, and is a Fellow of CPA Australia (FCPA) and Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (FAICD) |

Emeritus Professor Denise Bradley AC— Non-Executive Director
Director since February 2010.
Emeritus Professor Denise Bradley AC, is a former Vice-Chancellor and President of the
University of South Australia.
Professor Bradley has been extensively involved in national education policy groups for more than two decades. She was a member of the Commonwealth Tertiary Education Commission (CTEC) and later of the National Board of Employment, Education and Training (NBEET) and was deputy chair of the Higher Education Council of NBEET.
In 2008 she chaired the Expert Panel which undertook the National Review of Higher Education. She has also had significant roles on other government and educational boards and committees involved in higher education and training.
Professor Bradley is also a former President and Chair of IDP Education Australia Limited in which SEEK has a 50% investment in partnership with the Australian Universities.
Professor Bradley is currently Chair of the South Australian Training and Skills Commission; a Director of the Australian College of Educators; a member of the Education Investment Fund Advisory Board; a member of the Australian National Commission for UNESCO; a member of the NSW National Partnerships Evaluation Committee and Chair of VERNet.
On Australia Day 2008 Professor Bradley was made a Companion of the Order of Australia, Australia’s highest honour, in recognition of her service to higher education
Professor Bradley has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Sydney University, a Diploma of Education from Adelaide University, a Diploma of Librarianship from the University of NSW, and a Masters degree in Social Administration from Flinders University. She also holds Honorary Doctorates from Pukyong University ( Korea), University of South Australia, Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology and the University of Western Sydney.

John Armstrong — Chief Financial Officer
John has overall responsibility for SEEK's finance and administration operations as well as investor relations, ensuring the necessary operational and financial processes and infrastructure are in place and aligned with SEEK's strategies and continued rapid growth.
John is a Director of IDP Education Pty Ltd (50% owned by SEEK) and SEEK subsidiary, Think: Education Group Pty Ltd.
John has over 15 years experience in various financial and commercial management roles. Prior to SEEK John worked with Ernst & Young, Blackwoods and Fosters Brewing Group. John has a Master of Business Administration, and a Bachelor of Business majoring in Accounting from Monash University, and is a member of CPA Australia. |

Carey Eaton — Chief Information Officer
Carey Eaton is responsible for SEEK's IT activities including I.T. strategy, program management, enterprise and online systems, quality assurance, security and website hosting.
Carey commenced his career at SEEK as Product Director in 2007. Prior to joining SEEK, Carey's career included senior roles at News Limited's CareerOne and managing the regional internet strategy (covering China, Hong Kong, Singapore, Japan and Australia) for Michael Page International. |

Jason Lenga — Corporate Strategy Director
Jason Lenga leads the Strategy and Business Development team for SEEK's online employment business and is responsible for corporate strategy and corporate development across SEEK's international investments.
Jason has been with SEEK since 1999 and has been instrumental in developing SEEK's strategic direction as well as establishing and driving key parts of the business including the Early Stage Markets segment and SEEK Learning.
Prior to joining SEEK, Jason was a solicitor with commercial law firm Mallesons Stephen Jaques within the Mergers and Acquisitions practice. Jason holds Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Commerce degrees from the University of NSW. |

Joe Powell — Managing Director SEEK Employment (Australia and New Zealand)
Joe Powell has day to day responsibility for SEEK's online employment business in Australia and New Zealand. In his role he oversees the sales, marketing, customer service and product departments as well as the entire New Zealand team. He reports to joint CEO Paul Bassat.
Joe joined SEEK after a successful sales management career at Optus where he was Director, Consumer Sales. Joe originally joined Optus in December 1994 and held other senior roles including National Sales Manager Consumer Sales and Group Manager Mobile Communication Devices and Service.
Joe has a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from the University of Tasmania. |
